The ARC/INFO files have been "cleaned" and "built" to ensure complete topology. Linework for the 2000 Census files is based predominantly on the Census Bureau's TIGER Line files. With the exception of dissolving polygons and projecting data, no other positional changes were made by NC CGIA.
