<abstract>The Statewide Orthoimagery 2010 project created a tile index for imagery delivered across the state. The tile index is 5,000 by 5,000-foot squares based on North Carolina Specifications for Digital Orthophotography (October 2009), NC State Plane Coordinates, NAD 1983 (NSRS 2007) feet, to accommodate orthoimgary with 6-inch ground resolution. The index has fields including tile name.</abstract>
<purpose>This dataset was developed as a reference for the 2010 statewide orthoimagery to display the location of tiles by name.</purpose>
<supplinf>This version of a statewide tile index does not include tiles over large water bodies. Images were not aquired over water. Imagery was delivered for each of the tiles in the index with the exception of some unpublished imagery tiles over military installations.</supplinf>
