A digital elevation model (DEM) for North Carolina. The grid cell size is 20 feet. Data used to create the DEM was derived from LIDAR collected by NC Floodplain Mapping Program and processed by NC DOT - GIS Unit. NOTE: This should only be used as an image service. If there is a need to download elevation data go to NC Emergency Management's Spatial Data Download site at https://sdd.nc.gov. Do not use the Download menu in ArcGIS Hub.
