Medical Facilities:
The North Carolina State Center for Health Statistics in cooperation with the Division of Facility Services in the Department of Health and Human Services, developed the GIS data set, Medical Facility Point Locations, to identify locations of health and medical facilities for the entire State of North Carolina.
