description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>In 2012, on behalf of the NC Center for Geographic Information and Analysis, four contractors captured 6in pixel 3 band true color ortho imagery for the 25 Eastern most counties in NC. This file documents the mosaic of imagery exposures and associated seamlines used to generate the collection of imagery and the dates that each of these exposures were flown. No automatic seamline generation processes were used. Seamlines were manually digitized in logical locations, considering the date of acquisition, conditions of radial displacement and the relationships between consecutive images within the same flight line and overlapping images in adjacent flight lines. Seamline digitizing was accomplished by inspecting each orthorectified image in its true geographic location and relationship to adjacent orthorectified images.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
